I want to tell you how much I enjoy your two stores, the lines you carry
and your staff. I appreciate the quality and value of the lines you carry and
the discounts you offer loyal customers. I enjoy receiving your emails and
would love to see more examples of the fashions/trends your stores are
carrying. I especially appreciate your staff. Everyone of them is welcoming,
unpretentious, helpful when you need help, and make shopping in your stores a
pleasure. There are a few stores in Victoria that I don't return to because
of the indifference or non-accepting attitude of the staff. Your stores and
staff are a consistent joy to browse and shop in and to take my out-of-town
friends and family to when they visit Victoria.
I hope you and your staff will continue to offer this fine, warm service
and quality of clothing and accessories to all of us.
